Jane Simmons-Moake and OTCH, ADCH Flashpaws Hollywood Hotshot UDX, MX, MXJ, BDA-CD "Holly" Jane and Holly earned their OTCh in March at the Texas Kennel Club Trial in Fort Worth. The timing was perfect because Holly is now expecting a litter of puppies and will be housebound for the next few months. Fast, focused, and extremely athletic, Holly puts the utmost enthusiasm into everything she does. These qualities make Holly a joy to train and a joy to watch in both the obedience and agility rings. On the way to the OTCh, Holly earned 9 HITs, 4 HCs, and Pupperoni Classic and Regional placements in Open and Utility. In 1999 she won the Pupperoni "Ultimate Dog Award" for high combined scores in obedience and agility. Holly equally enjoys both obedience and agility - and often competes in both events at the same trial. At the age of two, Holly was selected to compete in Switzerland as a member of the AKC World Championship Agility Team. The following year she was selected once again, and competed at the World Championships in Denmark. Since the inception of the AKC MACH titling program, Holly has consistently ranked among the top of all breeds in MACH-point accumulation, as published in the AKC Gazette. Jane and Holly would like to thank Debby Quigley and their friends at Dogwood for their invaluable help and support in achieving the OTCh. |
